Well that clears THAT up!

(You know, I kinda remember, in the vaguest possible way, some of this now that you mentioned it. But that night Kowtow and I were in a deathrace to get to the bottom of a bottle, so I wasnt sure what was real and what was revisionist memory. Hehehe)

Judging by the deep chuckle from across the room just now, I think Beams enjoyed the experience...

Tuesday - GC is all tuckered out. In his debilitated condition, it wasn't all that hard to wear him out.
Seriously, first time in 18 years that I've seen him go to the ER.
Scarey!

Charges in to the bar wearing a freshly-starched shirt, bow tie, slacks, and his ML Leddy boots. Super-hero cape streaming from his shoulders.

Ha!! Kicked THAT one to the curb! No mealy-mouthed virus-fungus-bacteria-prion-thingie is a match for the venerable Texas Probate Code!!! Poor beastie died of terminal boredom shortly after Chapter 3.

Bartender! Make mine a milk. Tall. With a STRAW!!!!

Well... I feel your pain... I blame everything on Yay!, she stay's up WAY too late and she's a bad influence on anyone left trolling the boards late into the evening. And it's even worse for anyone not in the Pacific time zone.

Shame, shame shame on you Yay! (shaking index finger, then quickly ducking for cover)

I feel NO shame.

I think Kowtow and I are the early risers, I am up by 4:45 ish - 5:05 every day, my body just wakes me up, even when I stay up past 11pm hehe.
Not sure how TTITD will go.

I'm from a long line of night owls.

Usually in bed by 3.
It's a good thing I'm a theatre/music person.

If I see sunrise on the playa, it's cuz I'm still up.

Yay, zebra is too, she will sleep till 9:30-11 ish, then stay up till 1-2 am...

If I have an afternoon nap, say between 3-5 sometime I can stay up a bit later, I think that is what I may do on the playa, not sure yet.

We'll see what happens. I did adjust last year after about 4-5 days of getting up at 4:00am. I was then sleeping until 7:00am-ish last year and that was if I got to bed between 1-3am. I would like to shift it even a little more this year. Something tells me I need to make even more bad decisions this year and stay out until the sun comes up. I really would like to sleep from 5:30ish until 10:30ish if at all possible.

I am up for some bad decisions....

What time does it start to get too hot to sleep? The dome should be cool I would think, I get too hot quite quickly so its going to be interesting.
Might just end up sleeping in a chair in the common space.

Is the rule, the first person that wakes up brews the coffee?

The minute the sun hits the horizon, the clock is ticking. If you are in a tent, you have about 15 minutes. Well-done domes stay pretty cool for a couple of hours. (And if you bring AC, its comfy all day. Hehehe)
