Our LED kit

Postby lionsnzebras » July 19th, 2015, 10:48 am

Hey guys,

I know I have been promising this for a while now, so here it is.

This is our LED kit, its not very big, but very bright.

Its enough to light our whole camp I think....

Estimate is 380-450 watts of night time power. This does not include the bagged kit (i'm actually unsure how much it is, 65 watts I would guess)
The power supply can only do 350 watts, but there is a +/- gain on it, not sure how that works. We have never had all 6 rolls attached.

Our kit is indoor, but I would be happy to bring them, in a round about way, they did not cost us anything.

6 rolls of these

Grey is this kit going to be ok, is it too much power?
Did we want to illuminate our space in the night time?

We should try and defuse this light if we choose to use it, just because its hella bright.

I think you need more lights (ducking!).

Bring extra gas. And sunglasses.

On a serious note, ever think of putting these outside your dome running from apex to ground? If they are 16 feet long and the dome is 16 feet, it should be about perfect. Make your dome a blinky Faberge Egg lightshow?

I have another 16 foot kit for inside the dome.

These cant power more than 2 strands without power adapters, we will have to play with it.

Yes I was going to bring 20gal of fuel, is that enough?
