In 5 years I think we only had perhaps 2 or three major power outages. In Spruce we have had 1 so far in 6 months. They are few and far between here, but they are also major centers so its rare.

I could totally see being further out more issues like beams said. Last to get service, last to get repairs.

Actually, you'll find those laws (if any still exist) have their basis in public health. Mosquito prevention, specifically.

Just seems silly to me to Jail people for putting water in a rain barrel.

I could understand if it was 20 rain barrels, but 2-3 on your property for your garden?
Ill have to dig up the article.

This is one day belated. Won a jury trial yesterday. :D
My client was told to pressure wash a rig from a 8 foot high platform that was not only wet, but covered with grease. No safety, of course.
So he falls off and gets pretty badly hurt.
His boss' response - he was fired.

Se we (me and the jury) made that a little bit more right. 8-)

I have a huge case of the wiggles today. No, I'm not gay. But this is the FIRST civil rights victory in a long time... and it feels so good to see that we still have a constitution.
